BRUCE COHEN
Bruce Cohen is the co-founder of CH Consulting Advisors, a boutique strategy consulting firm serving the consumer products and retail industries.
Bruce has worked in the majority of consumer-related categories including food, beverage, retail and consumer services, OTC, consumer goods, foodservice, restaurants, grocery, specialty retail, and soft goods. His clients include private equity funds, family offices, manufacturers, distributors, operators, and retailers.
Prior to founding CH Consulting Advisors, Bruce was Managing Director and Head of Accenture’s Growth Strategy and Private Equity Practice.
Prior to Accenture, Bruce was a Senior Partner with Kurt Salmon and Swander Pace & Company for over 20 years. Bruce was with the Cypress Fund, a private equity firm that invests in consumer industries and a consultant with Bain & Company.

PETER HSIA
Peter Hsia is the co-founder of CH Consulting Advisors, a boutique strategy consulting firm serving the consumer products and retail industries.
Peter has more than 30 years of consulting experience to the consumer and retail industries. He has extensive experience in developing growth strategies for emerging brands, grocery, and specialty retailing. He has worked extensively with large public companies, medium private companies, and foreign owned subsidiaries.
Prior to forming CH Consulting, Peter was a Partner with Kurt Salmon for over 20 years and also spent seven years with the Consumer Interest Group of McKinsey & Company.

WARREN MAZER
Warren Mazer is a Managing Director at CH Consulting Advisors, a boutique strategy consulting firm serving the consumer products and retail industries.
Warren has worked in executive leadership roles, private equity, and management consulting across the consumer and retail spectrum. He has served as CEO and CFO of middle market consumer product companies, run ecommerce for a national home furnishings chain, and led corporate strategy for a well-known home improvement chain. He has served as an operating and investing partner in middle market private equity.
Most recently, he was the senior leader of Accenture’s M&A practice in the Western Region. Previously, he was with the Growth Strategy & Private Equity group at Kurt Salmon. Warren began his career at Bain & Company.
